Colour Variation and Weathering
Each sculpture is hand cast and finished to order. Actual bronze is used in the production process, hence the sculpture has the same natural weathering properties as solid bronze. Similarly, over time, the finish and colour will mellow and age. A natural variation in colour is apparent with each cast.

Delivery Terms
Delivery is generally between 4-6 weeks from initial order. The delivery charge is included to most of mainland UK, subject to the following terms:- Each sculpture is protected by wrapping and securely fastened to a pallet. The pallet is handled by a pallet truck via the tailgate lift of the lorry and is delivered kerb-side, it can then only be moved further if a hard surface such as tarmac/paving exists, the pallet is left at this point for the customer to organise final positioning and installation.

Handling Recommendations
The sculpture must be handled by a minimum of two people, sometimes a third person maybe required for the final lifting into position. To move the sculpture we highly recommend the use of a simple sack truck completely cushioned with an old blanket or towels to ensure that no part of the sculpture touches the metal frame of the truck thus preventing the sculpture from possible scratches. The sack truck also facilitates stair access with a person at the front and back of the truck, thus lifting the truck one step at a time, and not the actual sculpture. When lifting the sculpture off the truck its ideal to have a third person, one at the base of the sculpture and one person either side to make the final lift.

NB. Wearing rubber gloves helps prevent the sculpture slipping out of your hands.

Loss or Damage
Each sculpture is meticulously inspected during the hand finishing process and as such palletised thereon in perfect condition. Due to the shear weight of the sculpture it is very easy to chip or scrape the sculpture during handling, there is absolutely no give in the material used to cast the sculpture therefore any adverse contact with another surface would almost certainly result in some sort of damage. To alleviate spurious claims of goods arriving damaged on delivery we offer to carry out any reasonable cosmetic repairs free of any labour or material charge on the understanding that the customer bears the collection and delivery charges.

Payment
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or by Paypal, 50% on order, 50% prior to delivery.
